- Wayne Dyer's daily quote page. They can sometimes be a bit rubbish. His first two books are very practical and recommended.
- Louise Hay. Another site with a nice "thought for the day" section.

I was thinking about doing this course. What did you think of it?
Didn't work for me. I would say, do it, and if you have any doubts that its worked - get your money back straight away. I presume they still offer that. If after that you feel you are benefiting, you can always pay it back.
I personally found it a humiliating experience and a bit damaging. However a friend of mine swears by it. Each to their own.
